Fit Fridays With Dr. Donna McAllister
Fun, Fitness, Friends & Fridays… what a great way to start your weekend! We combine Hiking with a variety of different exercise modalities including Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning exercises and meditation. Expect to feel energized, stronger, longer & rejuvenated!
Yoga and pilates fusion classes provide a powerful bridge to the mind/body disciplines. Dr. Primak’s classes blend movements and sequences inspired from the worlds of Yoga and Pilates offering people a fantastic introduction to yoga and a wonderful gateway into the mindful aspect of movement.
